E9 InspectionŽ manages 5 B class sterilization cycles (121 C°, 134 C°, 134 C° Prion, 134 C° Rapido, 134 C° Prion-Rapido) and 3 control tests (Vacuum, Helix and Bowie&Dick).

Its Process Controller is a real assistant in the use of the machine, displaying indications and performing evaluations in all the areas to be overseen: process, safety, maintenance, programming functions.

Complete with 4 aluminium trays and reversible support which allows the use of 3 locking trays.

Sterilization chamber forged in stainless steel certified PED, capacity 18 and 24 litres. CHARACTERICTICS: The upper tank group can be inspected in all its parts.

The large cover can be removed, thus making it possible to clean the tank compartment completely, follow a maintenance program and safeguard the efficiency of the machine.

Class B autoclave conforming to the EN 13060 normative, manages 5 B Type sterilization cycles (121°-134°- 134° Prion -134° Rapido-134° Prion Rapido) and 3 control tests (Vacuum - Helix - Bowie & Dick).

The Rapido cycle selection allows to obtain sterilized wrapped hollow and porous instruments in only 25 minutes. Complete with 4 aluminium trays and reversible support which allows the use of 3 cassettes. Moulded chamber in stainless steel and certified PED 97/23/CE (directive for pressurized devices). Door mechanism with double safety micro switch.

Chamber capacity 18 or 24 litres with the same external dimensions 450x445x610 mm (LxHxP).

Integrated degasser for the reduction of incondensable gasses (ex. carbon dioxide) present in the water before it is introduced in the steam generator. Integrated steam generator group which guarantees a superior quality of steam thus improving the sterilization process, helps the diffusion of the steam in the chamber, increasing the effectiveness of the sterilization. Water tank group completely accessible and inspectionable (InspectionŽ) for a perfect and complete cleaning.

Equipped with the Process Controller, a genuine assistant for the use of the machine which visualizes the phases of the sterilization cycles and carries out the evaluation of all the areas: process, safety, maintenance, program functions. Large multilingual graphic LCD display integrated in the command panel. Serial port for printer and external memory. The integrated printer supplies both the adhesive label with the confirmation passage of the sterilization and the adhesive labels for the envelopes and patient cards, complete with the necessary data (type and number of cycle, expiry date, operator name). It is possible to choose the number of labels needed every time.
